You can learn how to enter your speaker notes for a slide in a PowerPoint slideshow.During your presentation, you can view your notes on your own screen.
Step 1: On your phone, open PowerPoint.
The PowerPoint app has a white icon on an orange background.You can find it on the menu.
Step 2: You can change the file by tapping it.
You can find the slideshow file on your Recent list.
Step 3: There's a slide in the presentation.
Go to the slides and tap the slide you want to modify.The selected slide will have a white toolbar above it.
Step 4: There is a pop-up toolbar.
This will open the slide in editing mode.
Step 5: The icon can be found on the top-right.
There are extra editing options on this button.
Step 6: There is a drop-down menu.
There is a small "Notes" window below your slide.
Step 7: The text field is in the Notes window.
Below the Notes heading at the bottom, there is an area labeled "Tap to add notes".The speaker notes can be entered here.
Step 8: The speaker notes need to be entered for the slide.
You will not be able to see any notes you type here during the presentation.Your viewers can't see your notes.
Step 9: You have to tap Done.
There is a button in the upper-right corner.The speaker notes will be saved.
