The eBay Daily Deals feature items that are offered with free shipping and heavily discounted prices. The items featured on eBay Daily Deals are only replaced with other items when the inventory of the featured item is full.If you are an experienced seller with a large product inventory, high positive feedback scores, and a history of mass eBay sales, eBay will consider adding your products to their daily deals program. The metrics eBay uses to determine if you should be featured on Daily Deals are similar to the metrics PowerSeller uses. You have to have an eBay account manager assigned to your seller's account if they decide you qualify, like Daily Deals and PowerSeller accounts.
Step 1: A high positive feedback rating is important.
98 percent of your feedback ratings from buyers must be positive for a year.If you want your buyers to be satisfied with their purchases, you have to ship your products on time.
Step 2: Follow eBay's rules.
eBay's business ethics and procedures are supported by this practice.Don't use profanity in your listings, list items in the appropriate categories, and provide accurate information about the location from your items are shipped.Click on "Resolving selling problems" on the left to review the full list of eBay's rules and policies.Under the "Top Questions" section of the web page, there will be a complete list of rules and policies.
Step 3: Your account is in good standing.
To be considered for a PowerSeller or Daily Deals account, you have to pay your eBay fees on time.
Step 4: Sell items consistently.
If you have the ability to handle being featured on Daily Deals, eBay will look at your sales volume and earnings.Sell at least 100 items and earn 3,000 dollars within a year to show you can handle high volume business.
Step 5: Keep a high score in Detailed Seller Ratings.
"Item as Described," "Communication," and "Shipping and Handling Charges" are the categories in which buyers can rate sellers.Score at least 4.60 out of 5 in each category for accurately describing your items, responding to and communicating with your buyers in a timely manner, and charging a reasonable or appropriate amount for shipping and handling charges.Your account must have no less than 1 percent low ratings in the "item as Described" category and no more than 2 percent in other categories.Out of 5 stars, low ratings are considered to be 1 or 2 stars.
Step 6: There should be a low amount of "Protection" and "Resolution" cases.
If buyers are not satisfied with your product, or if the item they receive is not as described in the listing, they can file a dispute with eBay's Resolution Center. If the case is opened, resolve the dispute with the buyer. If your unresolved cases are less than 0.30 percent, you won't be considered for the program.
Step 7: Inform your account manager that you want to be featured.
Your eBay account manager will review your account and your ability to adhere to eBay's rules and policies before determining if you can participate in the Daily Deals program. If you don't have an eBay account manager, contact eBay to learn how to get one.eBay usually assigns account managers to sellers based on their account metrics."Customer Support" can be found in the upper-right corner of the eBay website.Click on "Customer Support" from the drop-down menu, then click on the "Contact eBay" tab. After selecting your reason for contacting eBay, you will be provided with the available methods to contact an eBay representative.
