If you want to talk to a representative about a current case, you can call 866-540-3229.To get to the correct department, select the appropriate prompt once you reach the number.When calling them, it is helpful to have the order number and details on hand.To speak with an eBay representative, they are open Monday through Sunday from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 pm.
Step 6: They have a resolution center where you can open a ticket.
You can input the issue you're having with the buyer at the resolution center on eBay.After you click "continue," you will be prompted to log in and be able to open a request for a refund.
Step 7: Use social media to contact eBay.
You can contact eBay through social media if you have an issue with your ticket.Send them a message by visiting eithereBay oraskebay.
Step 8: The delivery date can be found on the package.
