Step 1: Go to the app on your phone.

Step 2: Go to settings.
It is at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Go to Manage backup settings.
There will be more backup options.
Step 4: You can choose what to back up.
If you're already backing up this information through your typical backup software, you will see "Already backed up" here.All photo, video, and audio are included.You can use this to back up your photos and videos to the internet.Photos and videos are saved in their original quality levels so they count against your storage quota.After backing up your photos, you can convert originals to the High Quality format from a computer.Follow the on-screen instructions if you sign in to https://photos.google.com/settings.
Step 5: Should we back up using cellular data?
When you're connected to the internet, this option is off.To allow backups over cellular data, tap the switch.Rates apply.
Step 6: You can tap the back button.
There is a corner at the top left corner.
Step 7: You can backup now.
If you don't see this option, tap first.Your data will be backed up.
Step 8: Find your data that has been backed up.
You can't review the contents of the backup unless you restore your content on a new device.You can find your photos and videos in the Google Photos app or in a web browser.
Step 9: You can restore from a backup on a new device.
To restore from a backup on a new phone, open the Google One app, tap and then tap.To make sure you have enough space to back up, tap at the bottom of the app.You can either upgrade to a paid plan with more space or tap at the bottom.
Step 10: You can open the app.
