How To Bake Tofu

Tofu is one of the most popular vegetarian foods because it has a lot of calcium, iron, andProtein.If you want to have a salad as a side dish, bake it.

Step 1: The oven should be set to 350 F.

Place foil on a rimmed baking sheet.

Step 2: The tofu needs to be drained of all the water.

Allow tofu to set for about five minutes by wrapping it in paper towels.

Step 3: The mixture should be made with the soy sauce.

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and vegetable oil.

Step 4: Tofu can be sliced into 1/2 inch (1.27 cm) thick slices.

The tofu slices should be placed on the baking sheet.

Step 5: The tofu is covered by the soy sauce mixture.

To coat the slices with the sauce, use a spatula.

Step 6: Tofu can be baked for 15 minutes.

For another 15 minutes, turn the slices over.Tofu should be light and firm.

Step 7: Tofu can be served hot.

Tofu can be used as a substitute for meat.
