How To Be Prepared for Gym at School (Girls)

Having to prepare for gym class can add to the stress of a new school year.It can be hard to pack up everything you need for the next day if you don't like exercising or sweating at school.To be ready for gym class every day, you only need to bring a few basic items with you.

Step 1: Pack your items into a small gym bag.

You don't want to carry a giant bag with you every day.Try to find a small, compact bag that you can carry around and fit your gym essentials into.Draw string bags are small enough that you can put them in your backpack.

Step 2: To change into a clean uniform, pack it.

Unless your gym period is the first period of the day, you probably don't want to wear gym clothes to school.When it's time for class, grab your pants, shorts, and T-shirt so you can wear them.Bring your uniform home to wash at least once a week.If you don't have a gym uniform, you can pack some workout clothes, like sweatpants or basketball shorts, and a loose fitting T-shirt.

Step 3: You can wear a sports bra under your uniform.

If you are starting to wear a bra, you might want to bring one that is specific for exercising.Talk to your parents about buying a sports bra if you don't already have one.Extra support is provided by sports bras.

If you have started putting on makeup before school, you should grab a few essentials that you would like to use after class.Makeup can open your eyes and make you look more awake, while powder can remove shine from your skin.It is fine if you do not want to wear makeup.It isn't for everyone.

Step 8: It's a good idea to get some perfume and anti-perspirant.

Everyone gets sweaty in gym class.If you want to smell good when you go to your next class, you should pack a nice smelling body spray or perfume.If you aren't going to take a shower after class, you need to pack.

Step 9: If you are going to take a shower, make sure you have soap and wash in it.

It is nice to grab a bite before you go to class.You can eat and drink after the gym if you have a small water bottle with you.You don't need to bring a snack if your gym class is close to lunch.

Step 11: If you get your period, you should pack some pads and feminine hygiene products.

If you have started getting your period, you probably know how annoying it is to be caught without any pads or feminine hygiene products.Adding a few extra feminine products to your locker or gym bag will help if you need one during school.
