How To Be the Best Person You Can Be

Tired of not being the best, but want to be?Being the best isn't just about appearances.To let your personality and abilities unfold in their completeness is what it's about.

Step 1: Don't be weak.

Being independent and not expecting others to do your work for you is what this means.When something bad happens, keep your chin up and fix the problem.Accept help to put the problem to an end if you can't fix it on your own.If you know when to cross the line on being dependent but also know that once in a while you need to accept help, that is not a sign of weakness, friends and family are for you, right?You should encourage yourself.Motivational quotes, mind pictures, and positive words can help you stay motivated.The word's power can go a long way.

Step 2: You should be educated.

Have a good knowledge of what's going on around you by watching the news or reading the newspaper.It's not good to be in the dark about things.Get a good vocabulary by reading and writing.Being knowledgeable and intelligent about things is always a good thing.Reading and writing are enjoyable ways to pass time and make a great hobby.

Step 3: Don't be serious.

It is a good idea to laugh at yourself once in a while.Don't cry over spilled milk, take a joke.If there is a problem, try to fix it.Don't sweat it if it's not going to affect you in two years.It's time to forget about it and move on.It's good to smile often.The people around you will not feel good if you don't feel well.A way to make yourself happy is to smile.People will smile back if you smile regularly.You feel warm inside when you smile.Look happy!

What makes you tick?That could include art, singing, playing an instrument, learning, exercise, dance, collecting things, making movies, scrap booking, animals, etc.You can find what you enjoy and love.Practice and take singing lessons if you love singing.If you like gymnastics join a group.You can learn to draw, paint, or make your own masterpieces if you like art.Share your creations with the world.Try to find what you love until you find it.You will find something.Singing, dance, playing an instrument or making movies are some hobbies that you can try.Writing and learning, collecting things, caring for animals, learning about them, making clothes, doing hair, etc.You will find something that suits you if you keep searching.

Step 7: Don't care what other people think about you.

You can set a good example for others who want to be true to themselves by being a little out there.Don't care what other people think of you, as they will forget about that girl in less than 5 minutes.Be yourself and be the best that you can be.

Step 8: Good hygiene.

It means brushing your teeth twice a day or after every meal, showering daily, washing your face and wearing deodorant.Make sure you brush your hair and teeth.If you want to protect your hair, do not wash it every day and shower daily.You should wash your body and hair daily.Don't get anything greasy on your face, wash it two times a day, and avoid touching it.Depending on the heat and activity level of the day, you should put on your anti-perspirant once or more a day.After you eat, wash your hands with soap and water, and put lotion on your dry spots such as your feet.

Step 9: You can find your style and make it your own.

You can wear clothes that fit your style.If you want to make a statement, try to add something to your clothing.Some unique accessories and clothes are: feather earrings, beanie hats, long or unique necklaces, friendship or bangle bracelets, arm Bracelets, sharp rings, etc.You can find outfits that fit your style.It's better to find your style, rather than be popular or average.You can make your own style.You can either make your own clothing or buy it.Have fun with it.

Step 10: Be kind.

Help others who are less fortunate than you.It's a good thing that whatever you do will come back to you.If you see someone struggling with their groceries, give them a helping hand or open the door for them.If your sister is crying in her room because her boyfriend just dumped her, give your shoulder for crying and listen to her problem and offer advice.If you see a homeless person playing guitar with a money box begging for money for food, pay them cash or buy them a meal if you don't mind giving cash.Don't insult people or bully them.Good people don't do things to hurt other people.

Step 11: Be active and help your community.

Donate money for churches, tips, anything that helps the town, and join charities and clubs.Donate clothes or canned food to the less fortunate.Help improve the environment in your area.If you want to encourage recycling, pick up trash on the streets.Make your community real.Enjoy the time together and have fun.Hold a gathering.You should have a swim party.Congratulate newlyweds, babies, and the birthday girl.

Step 12: You should be a social butterfly.

Talk to your friends.Go to parties if invited.Answer questions and talk to people.It's time to get out of your comfort zone if you're shy.If you have a troubling past that affects your ability to do this, seek a therapist or doctor's help and you may be able to get medicine or just have someone listen and offer advice.If you have a troublesome past, it's crucial that you get help instead of keeping it out of sight.If you have social anxiety, you should seek help from either a trusted friend or family member, therapist or doctor, as well as try to get out of your comfort zone and socialize a little more even if it's hard at first.
