How To Burn a PlayStation Disc Using Nero

It is easy to make a backup of a game with the proper tools and guide.Many programs exist for the copying of CD media, however this guide is intended for use with Nero Burning ROM.Depending on your version of Nero, some of these options may be different, but the general language should be the same.

Step 1: You can put the game on the CD-R drive.

Step 2: Start Nero Burning

Step 3: Then you can choose 'new compilation' and 'CD-Copy'.

Step 4: You can go to the 'Burn' tab.

Step 5: Don't check 'Determine Maximum Speed' and 'Simulation'.

Write and burn speed should be set to 1x.To set the read speed to 1x always, you have to choose the source or'reader' drive.

Step 6: Click on the browse button or icon to select a location to place the image that Nero will create during this process.

The image can be deleted after the process.If you are creating only one copy and don't plan to make more, then you should do this.

Step 7: The number of read retries should be 20.

Step 8: Check to see if you can ignore the illegal type.

Step 9: Ensure that'read media catalog' is on.

Step 10: Make sure that 'Data mode 1' is set to 'Check Force raw reading and on errors and write uncorrected'.

Step 11: Set 'Data mode 2' to the same options as 'data mode 1' for audio tracks.

Step 12: You can click on 'COPY CD'.

The disk will be ejected when it is done being read.Remove the game and replace it with a blank CD-R.This is the start of the burn process.If it appears that the system has hung at 100%, this is normal and requires some patience.
