How To Call an Uber Driver on iPhone or iPad

You can learn how to call your driver using the app.If you've requested a ride, you can contact the driver through the app.If you misplace an item on a ride, you can ask the driver to return it.There is a fee for returning lost items.

Step 1: You can open the app.

Step 2: You can request a ride.

You need to request a ride before you can call.

Step 3: You can tap the driver's name.

Your driver's name will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4: Contact by tap.

Step 5: Call.

Wait a few minutes and try again if your driver doesn't answer right away.Your driver is with you.You can send a message to your driver by texting.

Step 6: You can open the ride hailing service.

Step 8: You can tap your trips.

The second option is from the top.Under the tab that says "Past" you will be able to see all the trips you have taken.

Step 9: There is a trip you lost an item on.

The date, time, and price of the route you took will be listed below the map.

Step 10: I lost something.

You can find it in the "Help" tab.There are three options below the trip details at the top.

Step 11: Get in touch with the driver about the lost item.

It's at the top of the page.

Step 12: You can type your phone number.

You can scroll down to the bottom of the page.You can type your phone number below the text.

Step 13: If you tap submit, you'll get a response.

There is a button at the bottom of the page.You will be contacted by the driver about your lost item.You can meet with them to get the item back if they have it.You will be charged a fee for the driver's time once the item is returned.
