How To Change Online Excel Language

By editing your personal Microsoft account settings, you can change the language of Microsoft excel online.You can change the language for your other Office Online products.If you're using Office365 with a school or work account, you have settings that need to be changed

Step 1: Go to account.microsoft.com.

You can change the language of your Microsoft account by using any web browser.If prompted, log in.

Step 2: Click on the display language you want to change.

You can find it at the bottom of the menu options with your email address and birthday.

Step 3: You can change the language by selecting it.

It will show that it has been selected.

Step 4: Click OK if you don't want to.

The display language will be updated to reflect the new language.

Step 5: Go to office.com to sign in.

If these steps don't work for you, you'll need to contact your organization's IT department.

Step 6: Click if you want to.

The gear icon is in the top right corner of your screen.

Step 7: Click to make a change.

The language and time zone is under it.

Step 8: You will be asked to pick a new language.

You may need to contact an administrator if you don't see the language settings.You can change the language in your profile settings by following the same steps.Changes made in Microsoft 365 for Business will affect settings in other places.If you can't change your language in Microsoft 365 for Business, you will not be able to change the settings for the same account in other cloud services.
