Turn the vacuum over when the handle on the steam vac is lowered.To remove the screws on the vacuum cover, use a standard screwdriver.
Remove any string or fibers from the brush roll with a pair of scissors.Set aside.Take a look at the belt to see how it is looped around the pulley and shaft.
