On TikTok, your region is not public information, and you can change the content you see on your Home feed.You can learn how to switch your TikTok account to a different region.
Step 1: You can open TikTok.
The app icon looks like a white, blue, and red music note on the background.You can find it on your home screen or in the apps drawer.If prompted, log in.
Step 2: The profile icon is labeled "Me".
The outline of a person can be seen in this icon.This can be found in the bottom menu to the right.
Step 3: You can tap.
There is a button in the upper right corner of the screen.The Privacy and Settings menu is what it will open.
Step 4: Go to Manage My Account.
This is the first option in the privacy and settings menu.
Step 5: The region is called the Tap Region.
Your current region is listed to the right of the name, but you can open a menu to choose a region.
Step 6: Go to the region you want.
Next to your selection will be a red checkmark.
Step 7: Wait a second, tap Done.
This can be seen in the upper right corner of your screen.When the menu disappears, you will see your region listed.Changing the region may affect your experience with TikTok.
