E-cigarettes are a cheaper alternative to cigarettes. If you only had to worry about refilling the eCigs, you would spend less money than if you bought smoke-able tobacco. The batteries used in e-cigs are expensive and can malfunction easily. This article shows you how to make a rudimentary e-cig using normal batteries and a fresh one.
Step 1: 3 "D" (or 4 "C" batteries) and a length of electrical wire which exceeds the total lengths of the batteries can be collected.
Step 2: Remove the insulation from the wire's ends.
You should twist the exposed strands back into a single cord for stranded wiring. The insulation should be removed from one end and from the other end.
Step 3: Form a flat spiral disc with exposed wire.
Attach the alligator clip to the wire.Attach the connection by crimping it.
Step 4: Fasten the end of the wire to the battery terminal.
Attach it with some electrical tape.
Step 5: Cut the tube in half.
To fit the batteries with a snug fit, tighten the tube's diameter to a width. To secure the tube's width, fold up the bottom end and staple it shut. The tube has a rubber band around it.
Step 6: The battery should be put into the tube with the negative terminal facing down.
You can use a rubber band to hold the alligator clip in place if you position the wire so that it sticks out of the cardboard tube. The batteries should be inserted into the tube in the same order as the first one.
Step 7: You may be able to skip this step if your ecig has a male connection.
The V2's shown in the pictures have female connections. You can cut a "T" shaped piece of sheet metal and bend it around the taped core of the center terminal by wrapping a screw with insulating tape.If the center terminal is insulated from the outer ring, it will work. The male connection from the NJOY cartridge is being used as a female to male adaptor.
Step 8: The alligator clip has to be connected to the outer ring terminal.
You can use the ecig by touching the center lead to the positive terminal on the battery at the top of the cardboard tube.It makes a noise. It's not a good idea to allow it to contact the battery terminal when not in use.You should not allow the alligator clip to contact the top battery since that will short the circuit.Make changes such as tearing the cardboard, bending the wire, and moving the rubber band so that the battery at the top of the tube is not touched by the central shaft.
