Samp is traditionally eaten in South Africa.Samp and beans are one of the most popular ways to use it.Samp can be made with peanut butter and eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Step 1: For 8 hours, soak the samp and beans.

Step 8: Fry the onion, garlic, peppers, mushrooms, and chili.
