It's not as hard to cut your own hair at home as you think.Since round bangs frame the face in a gentle arcs instead of creating a hard line, they tend to look flattering on everyone.Round bangs are easy to cut.You can make that perfectly rounded look by twisting the hair. When your hair is dry, be sure to cut your bangs.
Step 1: From your crown, brush your hair forward.
The crown is the center of your head.If you want to section your hair for your bangs, place a brush or comb at your crown. You have to brush the hair on your head. The sides should hang down. When hair is wet it looks longer and when it is dry it shrinks.Don't cut your bangs if you're going to short them.
Step 2: The hair should be between your eyebrow arches.
If you want to avoid cutting your bangs too wide, use your eyebrow arches. There are invisible lines from your eyebrow arches to your head.Section off the hair that falls in between the arches.
Step 3: To create a triangle, bring the arch lines together at your crown.
The bangs start at the crown of your head.Bring the 2 arch lines together until they meet at the crown, because you already marked off the width between your eyebrow arches. The hair is shaped like a triangle.
Step 4: To smooth the hair, comb it through from crown to tip.
Tuck the lengths of your hair on each side behind your ears to get them out of the way.To get rid of knots, comb the sectioned hair forward. If you have any hair clips that are close by, clip the lengths of your hair back.
Step 5: The hair should be between your fingers.
For this, use your dominant hand.Taking care to keep your fingers horizontal, sandwich the hair between your index and pointer fingers.
Step 6: To stop where you want your bangs to end, slide your fingers down.
If you have a long face or big forehead, go with long bangs. The longer your bangs are, the bigger your face is.All of the hair should be in the center of your face once you reach your desired length.Keep your fingers horizontal and keep your length marked. There is a length at the center of your hair. The sides will be longer. If you want bangs that affect the top of your eyebrows, stop there.A soft inverted U can be created by rounding out your bangs to about temple length on each side. This is a standard length and flatters most faces.Stop at the bridge of your nose if you want curtain bangs. If you want long bangs that blend in with your first layer, stop at cheekbone-level.
Step 7: If you tilt your fingers a half-turn, they will point straight at your nose.
If you are right-handed, turn your hand to the left.Turn your hand to the right if you are left-handed.Once you are pointing at your nose, stop.Continue to keep your fingers straight.
Step 8: You can replace the dominant hand with the 2 fingers of your free hand.
If you want to replace your dominant hand, use your index and middle finger to do so.If you want your fingers to be horizontal again, half-turn them in the same direction as before.Your dominant hand is free to cut your hair.
Step 9: You can make a horizontal cut under your fingers.
Put your fingers in a horizontal position.Next, make a clean, straight cut through your hair.If you want to get the best results, use sharp hair-cutting shears. If you want your cut to be horizontal, use the bottom of your fingers as a guide.
Step 10: To check out your bangs, comb your hair straight down.
The hair should be let go with your fingers.Grab a comb and drag it through your hair from the front to the back.Keep combing until you find the right place to put your bangs.Your hair is all set!A gentle inverted U-shape is created by this technique. If the length looks off at any point along the U, you can use scissors to take off the extra length.
