One of the most popular Halloween activities is carving pumpkins.Since the carving process can be difficult or dangerous, some may choose to decorate their pumpkin with other materials.There is a way to give a pumpkin some flair without using carving tools.

Take your flowers down to 2 inches.Cut flowers can be inserted into the holes of a fake craft pumpkin.The flowers can be real or fake.Fall colors include red, orange, yellow, brown, teal, and plum.Fall flowers include dahlias, mums, and yellow daisies.Tulips and daffodils are not good for spring flowers.If you put the flowers close together you can create a pattern.
Step 17: A fake pumpkin can be decorated with gold leaf.
A fake craft pumpkin has clear craft glue on it.To smooth gold leaf, use a soft-bristled paintbrush and use tweezers.After the glue has dried, smooth the surface with a soft cloth.The craft store has gold leafing kits.They are made of silver, gold, and copper.The pumpkin will eventually rot, but you can use a real pumpkin.It is better to use gold leaf on a fake pumpkin because it will last forever.
Step 18: Black paint and construction paper are used to create a cat.

Let the pumpkin be painted black with craft paint.Black construction paper is used to cut bat wings and triangular ears.Attach the tab to the sides of the pumpkin by folding the end of each wing.Glue the bottom of each ear to the pumpkin.Give the bat details, such as: Cut 2 round eyes out of red, white, or yellow construction paper and glue it to the middle of the pumpkin.Attach a simple mouth and fangs with a thin, pointed paintbrush and white craft paint.
