Sometimes, when you are done with a Facebook conversation, you want to uninstall it.You can archive Facebook messages from Facebook Mobile so they are out of sight until you can remove a message on your computer.The article will show you how to do it.
Step 1: Go to the messages.
The Menu icon can be found from the top left corner of a page.
Step 2: You can send a message by tapping the Messages button.
The Messages button can be found in the left hand column.The history of your conversations will be opened by it.
Step 3: If you want to remove the conversation, locate it.
You have to scroll down the list to find it.You can archive the thread, mark it as unread or cancel the operation if you tap and hold the message."Archive Thread"The message won't show up on your list.
Step 4: The message needs to be deleted.
You can access your conversations on your computer by clicking on Messages, located on the left side column of your Facebook home page, and selecting "Archived" from the More menu.
Step 5: You can choose the conversation in question.
From the list on the left, select the conversation that you want to remove the message from.You can add a check next to each message in the conversation by selecting "Delete Message" from the Actions menu.
Step 6: Messages should be tagged for deletion.
To remove a message from a conversation, click the button at the bottom of the page.You'll be asked to confirm deletion if you select "Delete Conversation..." from the Action menu.Click "Delete" if you're sure.
Step 7: You shouldn't archive the conversation.
If you want to show the conversation on your mobile device after you've deleted a message, click the small "Unarchive" arrow on the right.Your conversation will be forwarded to you.
