Step 1: If you want to lighten your hair, do a bleach bath.
Bleach baths help remove hair dye without doing a full bleach treatment. If you want to lighten the shade of the dye or your natural hair color, you can do a bleach bath.A bleach bath treatment is a good option if you want to dye your hair or try a lighter shade. If you want to lighten your hair, do a full bleach. If you have hair, bleach baths are great.
Step 2: Two parts hydrogen peroxide, two parts shampoo, and one part bleach should be mixed.
In a small bowl, mix the hydrogen peroxide, shampoo, and powder bleach. You can apply the paste by hand if you stir everything together. If you have weak hair or healthy hair, use hydrogen peroxide labeled 10-volume.If you use anti-residue you could cause hair damage. You can buy hair care products in the big box store.
Step 3: Divide your hair into sections.
Leave your hair unwashed for the best application after getting it wet.The top, left side, right side and crown are where your hair should be split. It is easier to apply the paste if you separate the sections.
Step 4: Rub the paste on your wet hair.
Start with the tips of your hair and work your way down to the roots. To pull the color of the dye out of your hair, make sure it is evenly coated with the paste. If you have dry or cracked skin, you may wear nitrile or latex gloves.
Step 5: Put on a shower cap.
Keep the bleach mixture out of your hair. You can check the color of your hair by pulling out a small strand. After 30 minutes, take off the shower cap.If your hair is long or thick, leave it in the cap for 45 minutes. If you don't have a shower cap, you may tie your hair up into a bun.
Step 6: Warm water will wash out the paste from your hair.
Take off the cap and rinse your hair under the warm water to get rid of the paste.Make sure to remove all of the bleach by working your fingers through your hair.
Step 7: If your hair is dry, apply a hydrating conditioner.
Since bleach will make your hair brittle, immediately apply a conditioner after the bleach bath.Work the conditioner down to your roots by starting near the tips of your hair. Before rinsing it out, leave the conditioner on for at least 5 minutes. If you bleach your hair, you won't damage it.You can use a leave-in conditioner.
Step 8: 40 US gal (150 L) of water is enough to fill a bathtub.
For the best effect, use the warmest water. The drainage holes at the front of the tub should be filled with 40 US gal (150 L) of water. The water should be cool enough to allow you to soak in it.If you want to submerge the affected area, you will need to use less bleach.
Step 9: Add in 4–2 c of chlorine bleach.
You can use chlorine bleach in your bath.If you want the best effects, make sure the concentration is less than 2%.If you stir the bleach in your tub with your hand, it will mix thoroughly instead of being concentrated in one spot. You can get in the tub once it is mixed in.If your bleach has a higher concentration of sodium hypochlorite, only use 4 c.
Step 10: You can soak in the tub for up to 10 minutes.
Make sure the area is completely submerged in the tub.Between 5 and 10 minutes, soak the area to kill anybacteria and alleviate irritation. You can drain the tub after 10 minutes. The bleach bath will cause irritation if it gets into your eyes or mouth. If you have dry or cracked skin, the bleach may be painful.
Step 11: In warm water, rinse off.
You can rinse off your entire body by running your shower with the warmest water you can handle. To get rid of bleach on your skin, scrub your body lightly. When you take another bath make sure the water rinses off your tub so it doesn't mix in.
Step 12: After your bath, apply lotion to your body.
