The Batman comic books and cartoons have a popular character called Harley Quinn.She has pink and blue pigtails in the new Suicide Squad film.Her style is fun and careless.There are many ways to get the look, whether you want to cosplay her, or just style her hair for fun.
Step 1: Put your hair in the center.
The rattail comb's handle can be used to make the part nice and neat.You want to keep Harley's hair neat.You will ruin them later.
Step 2: If necessary, add waves.
Harley's hair is unkempt.It will be easier to get this look if you have curly or wavy hair.If you have straight hair, use a curling iron.Dry texturizing spray can be used to give your hair more volume.Don't worry about how it will look.
Step 3: Pull your hair up into two pigtails and exclude face-framing strands.
Attach each pigtail with a hair tie.The pigtails need to sit behind your ears.You should leave a few strands from your front.This is a key part of Harley's look.Leave your bangs out completely if you have them.

Step 6: If necessary, back comb the pigtails.
Depending on how messy your hair was during the previous steps and how long it is to begin with.If your hair is still sleek, you should back comb it.If your hair is too thin, back comb it all the way up to the base, where the hair ties are.
Step 7: If necessary, set the style with plicol.
If you have naturally curly or wavy hair, you can use colored spray to hold the style.If your hair is straight, spraying it with a lightweight spray is a good idea.
Step 8: Put your brush in the middle of your hair.
