Step 2: There are Downloads in the left menu.
Step 3: The download link is for your version of Windows.
Click if you are using the 64-bit version of Windows.Click if you have a 32-bit version.The installer is downloaded to your PC.You can find the version under "System Type."
Step 4: The WinRAR installation can be opened.
It's a file in your Downloads folder.Click to allow the installation to run.
Step 5: Click install if you want to review the trial information.
You can use the app for free for 40 days before you have to pay for a license.The price of a single-user license was $29 in September 2020.When the trial is over, WinRAR will ask you to buy a license, but it will still work.You agree to purchase a license when you use WinRAR for free.
Step 6: Click OK if you want to choose your install preferences.
In the "Associate WinRAR with" section, you should select at the very least.Windows already has a good built-in Zip application, so don't worry about the format.There are other compression types that could be useful.WinRAR can be added to your start menu or desktop in the "Interface" section.You can choose to add WinRAR-specific options to the right-click menu in the "Shell integration" section.
Step 7: If you want to close the installation, click Done.

There is only one place where you can buy a WinRAR license.If your trial version of WinRAR has a pop-up message asking you to purchase, you can click the button to open the website and skip to Step 3.
Step 9: The archiver is in the middle of the page.
The price options list is opened.
Step 10: Next to the license you want to buy, click order.
Click the link for 1 user if you're buying a license for yourself.If you're buying a license for multiple users, click one of the links at the bottom instead.
Step 11: Click next to fill out the order form.
You can enter your payment information at this location if you live near a 7-11.When you submit your order, you'll receive an email with more registration steps.If you want to extend your order, you can check the box next to that option at the top of the page.
Step 12: You can download the attachment from the email.
It might take a few minutes for the email to arrive.Click on the included attachment to download it to your computer.
Step 13: To register WinRAR, double-click the rarkey.rar.
This completes the registration and displays a message that says "This WinRAR copy has been successfully registered."You won't see pop-up messages asking you to register in the future.
