Step 1: You can give feedback to others.
There is a page at http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBay ISAPI.dll?ReviewFeedbackLeft.The three-line menu is found in the top right corner of the screen.Next to your usernames, tap the arrow pointing down.You will tap from there.
Step 2: Next to the item number, click follow up.
You can comment on your feedback by opening order's page.Positive feedback can't be changed to negative or neutral feedback.You can ask the seller to request feedback revision if you want to revise negative or neutral feedback.
Step 3: You can leave a comment in the large text field.
Your initial feedback will not disappear if you want to add an update to your feedback.
Step 4: Leave a follow up comment.
You will see your feedback after you submit your comment.
