How to fix a whirlpool duet dryer that won't start because it's stuck on a sensor

The Duet dryers are intended for use at home. The Duet series of dryers have an automatic dryness sensor. The Duet dryers have sensor strips. As your load of laundry tumbles in the drum, it makes contact with the sensor strips so that the dryer can end the cycle when your laundry is dry.The drying cycle will end early if the dryer is not level. This is an easy fix.

To check the levelness of the dryer, place a level on it.First, check side-to-side levelness.Look at front-to-back levelness. This lets you know where the dryer is located.
