How to fix any robot vacuum stuck brush.

Upon starting a cleaning session with Eufy, I am experiencing a rotating brush fault. It has a red light and a quad-beep.All the dust, hair, and the like was cleaned out after I disassembled the system.I was able to confirm that the brush motor spins without issue.I got the same fault after reassembly.I thought it might be a low battery voltage that wouldn't be able to produce the required Torque to spin the brush, so I left it switched off for 16 hours. No luck.

What is going on?Is it possible that the brush motor might have gone bad?

Oh!It was a fun observation. If I remove the entire brush assembly, it appears to work, only there is no cleaning brush.

The brush was reassembled and toyed with the left-right slop.I think the brush guard and brush binding prevented it from rotating.Hope this is a lesson that others can use.It is a lesson to myself that once I post a question online, I find the answer very quickly.

Thank you for letting us know about your concern.I have passed your problem on to my colleagues, they will try to help you, please check your email box.If you have a quality related problem with Eufy products, please contact support@eufylife.com.Thanks!

The main brush doesn't seem to be rejuvenated in all instances. The main brush never quivers even after the vacuum starts up and a side brush spins. The time between when the auto clean button is pushed and the fault is short.

There is a note.I started tripping side-brush faults after I got it working again. It's not clear why this doesn't appear anymore. The main brush is checked first in your software.

I'm having the same issue with my robovac 11 and have taken the exact same steps to no avail.

Sorry to hear that you have issues with your Robovac.I would recommend that you contact support@eufylife.com, who will be able to assist you with your issue, as you have done the same steps above.

In less than 6 months, I have two of my models, one upstairs and one on the main floor. Is there any solutions yet?

After cleaning it out and power cycling, it would work again. It doesn't seem to respond to power cylcing either. The unit was purchased in April of last year.Is there any more advice?

They will be better able to assist and help with any issues if you reach out to support@eufylife.com.This is a place for people to help each other.

I have the same issue with myrobovac, I only get it to work after I move it with the remote, nothing blocked and everything is clean.

I'm having the same issue with my vaccine.I didn't change anything when I cleaned the side brushes.Could you tell me something?

You can best solve your problems by contacting support@eufylife.com.They will try to help you.

I figured it out after having the same problem. There are two knobs on the brush assembly. The knobs are on the yellow brush. You can take apart the knobs with pliers. There is a big old ball of hair lodge inside the little black knobs that restricts the freedom of movement after you have done so.The problem was solved if the hair was removed.Kevin is purring like a kitten.

You are a genius.I was tired of having the brush get stuck in the middle of an open part of carpet.

I used a thin flat screwdriver to pop the parts apart. It was crazy with lots of hair. The Eufy is back to what it does best: finding new and interesting ways to get stuck.

The Eufy was squeaking last night as the parts were loose and they didn't have the original crimping.I am afraid that a little white grease will attract more hair.
