How To Fix Windows Shutdown Problems

There are two ways to diagnose and solve shutdown problems on Windows computers, both by applying general fixes and by using specific components of your computer's software.

Step 1: Don't have any third-party programs installed.

Step 32: Click the Windows Defender Security Center when you scroll down.

It can be found in the "W" section of the Start menu.

Step 33: Click it.

It is in the left corner of the window.

Step 34: Click for threat protection.

It's in the middle of the window.

Step 35: Click the advanced option.

There is a button in the middle of the page.

Step 36: "Full Scan" needs to be checked.

You can click the circle to the left of "Full Scan" at the top of the page.

Step 37: Go to Scan now.

The page is in the middle.If you do that, your computer will be scanned for disruptive programs.

Step 38: Wait for the scans to be completed.

Windows Defender will alert you if there is any malicious activity during the scans.Windows Defender can remove dangerous items.If the scans don't find anything, you can check "Windows Defender Offline Scan" instead of the full one.

Step 39: Shut your computer down.
