You can learn how to force an unresponsive program to close in Windows.Task Manager will be used to do this.
Step 1: The task manager can be opened.
Click on an empty space and choose a task manager.You can press Control+ Shift+Esc at the same time.
Step 2: Click on the Processes tab.

Step 3: From the list, select unresponsive application.
Click the name that is unresponsive.This will be under the "APPS" header in Windows 10 and 8.
Step 4: Click the end to finish the task.
It is in the Task Manager window.Within a few seconds, this will end the application.Click on the app name if the task won't end.Go to Details if you want to process older Windows versions.The task should be finished for the process.
