How To Get an Uber Cancellation Charge Waived

If you were wrongly charged a cancellation fee, you can request a refund.If you are not at fault, they may waive the fee if a trip is canceled more than 5 minutes after a reservation is made.

Step 1: You can open the app.

If you haven't signed in yet, sign in now.

Step 2: You can tap.

Step 3: You can tap your trips.

Step 4: Pick the trip you want to dispute.

Step 5: If you need help, tap it.

Step 10: You can select a trip from the list.

Step 11: There is a reason for the cancellation.

The options include: My driver and I couldn't connect, my driver canceled, the ETA was too long, and the driver asked me to cancel.

Step 12: Click to submit.

Within a few days, you will get a reply to your claim.Submitting a claim doesn't guarantee that the fee will be paid back.
