Step 1: You need to gather your supplies.

Step 2: The showerhead can be removed by twisting it counterclockwise.
Wrap an old rag around the connecting nut and then twist it with a wrench if you are having trouble twisting it.The rag will help protect the surface.
Step 3: Put the water in the pot.
If you use a smaller container, you will use less vinegar.A small bucket or plastic bin can be used.
Step 4: To cover the showerhead, fill the pot with white vinegar.
The white mineral deposits will be dissolved by the acids in the vinegar.
Step 5: Take the shower for 1 hour or overnight.
The longer you have to leave it in the shower, the dirtier it is.If the showerhead is made from metal, you can place the pot on the stove and cook it for 15 minutes.Take the showerhead out after 30 minutes if it's made from brass, gold or nickel.Once you rinse it off, you can give it another bath.
