A daisy chain makes your day brighter. You can give it to someone as a symbol of friendship or wear it on your head. You can make a daisy chain in a few minutes.
Step 1: Pick the daisies.
The stems of daisies should be at least 10 cm long. For a more beautiful chain, look for healthy, fully open flowers.
Step 2: Attach your thumbnail to the stem.
Without breaking it in half, cut a small slit through the middle of the stem. You can either cut it below the flower or halfway down the stem.If you have short fingernails, use a knife.
Step 3: The daisy's stem should be Threaded through the slit.
When the flower is snug against the slit, push the base of the stem through.
Step 4: If there are any daisies, repeat.
Push the third stem through the slit in the next daisy.Continue until you have made a bracelet, crown, or necklace.Cut a second slit through the first stem if you think your daisy chain is long enough. To make a loop, push the last daisy through this slit.
Step 5: The daisy can be air dry.
If you want to keep your daisy chain for a long time, hang it up to dry.It might change color, but it should stay the same.
Step 6: You can find flowers that are taller.
The longer the stems are, the easier they are to braid. If you have a long, flexible stem and no thorns, you can use any flower.
Step 7: It is possible to strip off leaves.
Move your fingers downward as you pinch the stem.Continue until the leaves are torn off.It will be easier to see what you're doing. You can keep the leaves after you've made a couple chains.
Step 8: Three flowers with strong stems are what you should choose.
There are three flowers on a flat surface.Just beneath the blossoms, pinch the stems together. You will need to start over if any of these stems break. You're probably okay if stems break later.
Step 9: The stem should be brought to the middle.
The stems cross when you press your thumb down.Pick up the stem on the right and bend it in between the other two.
Step 10: Under the right stem, bring the left stem.
Under the stem on the right, move the left stem over the new middle stem.Make the braid tight by pulling the stems. It might break if you pull too hard.
Step 11: Continue braiding.
The right stem should be moved into the middle.Under the new right stem, bring the left stem over the middle. This pattern can be repeated three or four times.
Step 12: As you go you can add more flowers.
Pick up a flower after a few braids.Next to a stem, lay it down.braid those two stems as if they were one thick stem.Depending on how clustered you like them, add another flower every 2 crosses.
Step 13: Tuck at the end of each stem.
Tuck the end of the stem into a gap between the others. The chain is less likely to collapse if they keep them all well-tucked.
Step 14: Finish with plain stems.
Don't add new flowers when you reach the length you want.Continue braiding until you have 3 inches of bare stem.Bring this back to the beginning of the braid.Wrap the two ends of the flowers together several times.
