Step 4: A title slide is created.
Your player will see the first slide when they start the show.Have the menu appear after a short introduction. The main menu should include links to the Welcome Who wants to be a Millionaire title and the "How to Play" slides, as well as rules on the first slide. To create a hyperlink, highlight the text, Word Art, action button, shape or object you wish to be able to click on, and select Hyperlink. The place in this document can be found on the far left side of the dialogue box.You can choose which slide you want to hyperlink the text to.
Step 5: The first question is to be made.
The money tree, how much the contestant is going for, and what they can walk away with should be shown on the question slide.Under Basic Shapes, select the hexagonal. This is similar to the shape of the box on the show.Draw the shape of the box that the question is in on the show.It can be black, blue, or whatever you want.To type the first question, draw a text box over top of it.The choices to the question will appear in the 4 more boxes. To make them smaller, put them in the four spaces below the question where the choices would go on the show. You can write the question by drawing text boxes overtop of the choices. The player can answer the question with hyperlinks.
Step 6: Hyperlink the choices.
After the contestant has read the question and four choices, make sure to create links so that they can click on the answer they choose. The first text box has a scruple inside it.Click on the outline of the box to highlight it instead of highlighting the text.Click on the outline of the box and select the slide you want to hyperlink to.The player should be applauded for getting the question correct.Clicking on the correct answer will take them to this page. The player will get the answer wrong if theyHyperlink all the other answers to a slide.

You can use special effects to make the question and choices appear one by one.You can hyperlink the four choices by highlighting the outline of the question box.The box needs to be highlighted and not the text.Go to the slide show for custom animation. The far-right side of the screen is where the Custom Animation task pane should appear. If you want your text to show up, select Entrance> and then add effect. You can have it appear, fade in, pop up, and so on.There should be a new animation in the white space.Click on it.Next, choose the first answer choice text box.Select Entrance> and then the way you want it to appear. You can make it random by selecting Random. When the animation has appeared below the previous one in the task pane, right-click on it and select "Start After Previous."SelectTiming and scroll to or type in the number of seconds you will give your player to read the question before the answers appear.5-10.You don't want your player to think about what's happening.Next, highlight the second choice.Select the way you want the second choice to appear in the slide show.Right-click on it, and select "Start After Previous." Now, scroll to or type in the number of seconds you want your player to wait in between "choices."Depending on how fast of a reader your player will be, 1.5 to 3 seconds is good for this. The last two choices should be repeated. All you have to do is change the question when you paste it, because all the effects will already be there.Changing the choices' hyperlinks to the corresponding slides on your new question is a must if you are copying and pasting your slides.
Step 8: The player won a million dollars.
This is a huge milestone that is rarely accomplished, so make this slide bright and fun.You can offer the contestant another chance to play or exit the slide show.
