How To Make Cheese Free Quesadillas
If you can't have cheese in your diet but still want to enjoy the creamy texture of a quesadilla, this is a good substitute.
Step 1: The chickpeas should be put into a food processor.
Step 2: Add the roasted capsicum, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, and ground cumin.
Step 3: Once smooth, process the ingredients.
It will take between one and two minutes.
Step 4: A tortilla is placed on the plate.
Spread the chickpeas over the tortilla.
Step 5: The tortilla should be put into the pan.
Warm it up.
Step 6: Some onions and tomatoes are placed over the tortilla.
Spread salsa on the tortilla.
Step 7: Continue warming until the base tortilla is softened.
To cook the other side of the tortilla, flip it over.
Step 8: The tortilla is in the pan.
It's ready to serve, cut in half and serve.
Step 9: Continue until all of the tortillas have been cooked.
It is a good idea to serve a side of salad.
