How To Make Decongestant Shower Bombs

Step 1: Baking soda, food grade citric acid, and cornstarch should be mixed together.

You'll need 12 cup of baking soda, 6 liters of citric acid, and 30 grams of cornstarch.If you can't find arrow root powder, use cornstarch instead.

Step 2: Add 2 drops of each essential oil.

Step 3: Water or witch hazel can be added.

Step 12: Leave the mold in the oven for two hours.

The mixture will be dry and hardened during this time.If you don't want to use an oven, you can place them in a dry place where they will not get disturbed for 24 to 48 hours.

Step 13: The shower bombs should be taken out of the oven.

Don't remove them from the molds just yet.They might not be fully dry if you take them out too soon.

Step 14: Remove the shower bombs from the oven.

If the shower bombs start to fall easily, they might not be dry all the way.

Step 15: Place 1 drop of essential oil on each shower bomb.

Inflammation in the nose and chest can be alleviated with the help of the two plants.They can help thin out phlegm.If you have headaches that are caused by the congestion, lavender will help you relax.

Step 16: The shower bombs can be used.

Put one of the shower bombs on the floor near the drain when you turn on your shower.The shower bomb will be dissolved by the warm water.The rest of the shower bombs should be kept in a container.
