Step 1: Put on a dust mask and gloves.

Step 2: There is aventilated area where you can set up your workspace.
Chemicals are created by mixing ingredients for Izal.You should set up your workspace on a flat surface near an open window or in a large room with plenty of air circulation.You can put a box fan in the open window to improve air circulation.Don't work near fire.These chemicals are very dangerous.Children can't access that workspace.Store unused chemicals away from children.
Step 3: Proper lab equipment, mixing utensils, and well-packaged chemicals are required.
A plastic bucket, measuring utensils, and a variety of chemical-safe stirring utensils are needed for this project.The required chemicals and tools can be purchased from reliable suppliers.Quality-control tested and packaged properly is what you should always buy.You may want to rethink the project if you don't have a good working knowledge of a basic lab setup or previous experience mixing chemicals together.
Step 4: A plastic bucket is used to combine water and Texapon.
Put 4 liters of water into a plastic bucket.Add 2 grams of Texapon to the water and stir the mixture with a chemical-safe spoon or lab stirrer.When the Texapon is completely dissolved, keep stirring.As you stir it, it will get slightly frothy.Texapon is a sulfate used in detergents.It is usually white and comes in a variety of forms.Texapon can cause serious irritation to the skin, eyes, lungs, and nose.
Step 5: The Phenol should be added to the mixture.
Measure out 140 liters of Phenol and put it in your bucket.Stir the ingredients with a chemical-safe stirrer.As you stir in the Phenol, the mixture will look frothy and frothier.The liquid form of phenol is commercially available.It's usually yellow in color.Respiratory irritation, headaches, and eye irritation can be caused by phenol.Chemical burns can be caused by contact with the skin.
Step 6: Add the liquid to the mixture and stir.

Step 8: Put the pine oil in a container.

Step 9: The Izal booster should be added to the mixture.

Step 10: Keep stirring as you pour the concentrate into the bucket.
Put 140 liters of Izal concentrate liquid into a bucket.Continue stirring throughout the process.Izal concentrate is a pink liquid that can cause irritation to the skin and mucus membranes.
Step 11: Put the whitener into the mixture.
As you stir the solution, pour 5 grams of whitener into the bucket.Once the ingredients are fully combined, keep stirring.The substance is known as white binder and white spirit.The substance binding all of the ingredients together creates a whitening effect on the surfaces.It's usually sold in tablets.
Step 12: To remove particles, pour the Izal through a fine mesh strainer.
There may be small particles in the finished Izal.You can sieve the mixture into a large plastic bucket or pour it through a mesh strainer.
Step 13: The Izal can be used to clean toilets, tiles, and other hard surfaces.
Izal bleaches and whitens hard surfaces.It can remove germs from toilets, tile, hard flooring, kitchen countertops, and so on.Use the cleaner to clean.Izal is used in hospitals, hotels, restaurants, offices, and schools.When cleaning with Izal, wear plastic gloves.
Step 14: In heavy-duty plastic containers, store any leftover solution.
Transfer the leftover cleaner from the plastic bucket into heavy-duty plastic storage containers with air-tight lids by using a large funnel.The store is out of the reach of children and pets.Izal can be mixed up in large quantities and sold to commercial spaces for internal use.
