You might be familiar with the classic nacho, but you might not know that there is a decadent version of it called lobster nachos.It shouldn't take more than 20 minutes for you to make this dish.You can make lobster nachos for yourself and a friend.It will have a nice smolder to it's flavor.They are perfect for a fancy party or finger food.
Step 1: The milk and flour should be in the saucepan.
Set the burner to low and place your saucepan on the stove.Put butter in the pan.Milk can be added to the pan when the butter has melted completely.At a time, whisk your flour into this mixture.Add the flour while whisking consistently.
Step 2: The cheese should be in the saucepan.
Once the cheese is in the saucepan, whisk it little by little until you have no cheese left.When the cheese is fully melted, continue to whisk the mixture.Remove the cheese from the heat by seasoning it with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Take the cheese mixture and put it on the tortilla chips.
Put your chips on the serving plate.Transfer cheese onto the chips with a wooden spoon, ladle, or similar kitchen implement.You can use a moderate amount of cheese mixture if you prefer a lighter nacho.All the cheese is good for richer nachos.You might want to save some cheese for later.Another layer of cheese can improve the creamy quality of your chips and cheese mixture.
Step 4: Don't forget to top your food.
Spread the chives, tomatoes, corn, beans, radishes, and lobster meat on top of the tortilla chips and cheese.If you like spicy food, put some hot sauce over it.You can enjoy this dish by hand or with a fork.After you have topped the chips, put the remaining cheese on the topping ingredients.

Add cheese to the saucepan.Throw the ingredients over the cheese with a kitchen implement or your clean hands.Put evaporated milk into the saucepan and cook it over a medium-low heat.Your cheese sauce is done when the cheese has melted completely and the mixture is thick.It usually takes about 4 to 8 minutes.If you like cheese sauce, taste it when it's done.It may need a little salt.Then taste it again.The desired flavor will be achieved when this is done.
Step 11: Take the nachos and put them together.
A serving plate has a layer of tortilla chips on it.Use a lot of the topping ingredients for each chip.Add the lobster meat and theavocado on top of the topping ingredients.
Step 12: Put your cheese sauce on top.
The cheese mixture should be put on the tortilla chips.Sprinkle the rest of your cilantro on the chips and cheese in order to improve presentation.
