Word Document files are not automatically set to be read and edited.To view them, you need to create a Google account and download Adobe Reader.It only takes a few minutes and you can open documents on your phone in the future.
Step 1: You can open the play store.
Go to the application menu first.This is at the bottom of the screen and looks like a graph with white squares.The Play Store can be found after you click this.The icon looks like a white bag with a colorful triangle in the center.
Step 2: It's a good idea to add a Google account.
Hit "Existing" at the bottom of the screen if you already have a Google email address.Your account details will be entered.You will need to create a new account if you don't already have one.Select "New" at the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions to set it up.
Step 3: You can use an existing account.
If you already have a Gmail account, hit Existing at the bottom of the screen.You must enter your account details.
Step 4: There is a search for Adobe Reader.
You can go to your home screen with the home button on your phone.Hit the microphone in the top right corner.This will open the search screen.The first one on the list will have a small red box with an Adobe symbol to the left of the name.
Step 5: You need to install Adobe Reader.
The Adobe Reader app appeared in your search.You can find a full product description for the Adobe Reader App at the App store.On the top right of your screen, click on the Install button.There will be a green button.There will be an access page.To install your Adobe Reader, click Accept on the bottom.It may take a few minutes to download the app.
Step 6: Try opening it.
Click on the document to open it, regardless of whether it is an email attachment or a website.You will be asked what app you want to use.At the bottom of the prompt, select "Adobe Reader" and then "Always."
Step 7: All your documents should be opened.
You will be able to open Word documents on your mobile device.
