Step 1: There is no boiling.
Remove the stems from the stem end.Remove any leaves that are yellowed.

Leaving them whole is also possible.
Step 3: After spraying the sprout with cooking spray, sprinkle sea salt and garlic powder on them.
Step 4: For 20 to 25 minutes, place in a 450 degree F oven.
You can stir halfway through, but it's not necessary.
Step 5: Cut off the stem of the sprout.
Step 6: You can slice the sprout across the grain starting at the stem end.
The sprouts will be "shred" by this.
Step 7: In a large non-stick skillet, cook 2 quarts of olive oil and 1 clove garlic.
Step 8: If you want to cook them lightly, add shredded Brussels Sprouts and "fold" them constantly.
The shreds are bright green and should be hot.
