How To Prosper As a Young Person According to the Bible
"For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that even though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich," the Bible says.Jesus was poor to make you wealthy. In this chapter they are talking about spiritual condition, sharing possessions and money as when you follow the recommendations of God, you will help each other in all these ways.
Step 1: Jesus said that Christians aren't very smart when it comes to money.
The children of this world are more knowledgeable in their business affairs than the Children of light.Too many Christians are ignorant of God's promises and want to assume spiritual holiness will make them money. The holiness of Jesus Christ will get you to heaven, but you will receive blessings if you have the right attitudes.
Step 2: If you can, believe and act correctly.
"Yes," said Jesus.Everything is possible for him who believes."Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything."James was quoted as saying, "James 1:4."
Step 3: God promised to provide your needs.
Step 4: Do not worry because the Father wants to prosper you so you can have your needs.
Your Father knows that you need these things, but the nations of the world eagerly seek them.Seek His kingdom, and these things will be added to you.Don't be afraid, little flock, for your Father has chosen to give you the kingdom. There is a story in the bible called "luke 12: 29-32).
Step 5: The Bible suggests that you establish your career before you get married.
Prepare your work outside and make it ready for yourself in the field after you build your house.Divorces in America are more likely to be over lack of money.
Step 6: You have to invest in yourself and get a college degree.
According to the bible, God gave you power to get wealth.Everyone has talents and abilities that can be used to their advantage.A survey done in 2003 shows that the average pay for a college graduate is over $30 an hour.If you could finish college, don't leave. They were well educated.Have you heard people say on TV that the economy is not the source of your income, that your job isn't your source, and that you should mail all your money to me and God will take care of you? That is foolish.Good understanding is said to give favor. The bible doesn't say that a man will be rewarded for his generosity. You need to be open to God's leading on how you will be a specialist and prosper if you don't notice that God will bless you according to your ability.
Step 7: Christ told his followers to be able, willing and give.
"Make yourselves'money belts' which do not wear out, an unfailing treasure in heaven, where no thief comes near, and sell your possessions and give to charity."There is also your heart for where your treasure is.Matthew 12:33 - 34.Keep your lamps lit and be dressed in readiness. When his master comes back from the wedding feast, be like the men who are waiting for him so that they can open the door when he knocks.I say to you, that the master will gird himself to serve and have them recline at the table, and that he will come up and wait on them. Those slaves are blessed if he comes in the second or third watch and finds them.If the head of the house knew at what hour the thief was coming, he wouldn't have allowed his house to be broken into. The Son of Man is coming at an hour that you don't expect.
Step 8: The specialist gets paid more than the generalist.
"Good understanding gives favor."If you stay with the same career for many years, you can become a specialist.Abraham was a cow farmer, Joseph was an economist in Egypt, and Joseph planted seed. You will prosper if you develop your talents.Jesus had to grow up in wisdom.
Step 9: You should ask God to show you what career to pursue.
"If you call me, I will show you the great and mighty things which you don't know about" (Jeremiah 33:3).All the promises of God are in Jesus.God will witness to your heart in the New Testament and it will lead you into prosperity. The blessing of Abraham is yours, Galatians 3:14.God wants to give you wisdom and you want to get it in abundance according to James 1:5.
Step 10: God wants you to work smarter, not harder.
According to the Bible, a man will be rewarded according to his wisdom.According to his hard work, it doesn't say anything.
Step 11: Pray for wisdom.
"If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God that gives to all men generously and willingly and it will be given."When you graduate from the University, you should apply for a job in your field and pray for several days that you can get a good paying job.
Step 12: By Faith, give in good measure, out of your first fruits.
"Give and it will be given to you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, so that men will give into your bosom"It will be measured to you again with the same measurement. This concept was introduced by Jesus in the bible.
Step 13: Obey the Lord.
On a day when he does not expect him, the master of the cruel and unjust slave will cut him in pieces and assign him to unbelievers. The slave who did not act in accord with his master's will receive a lot of lashes, but the one who didn't know it will get few."From everyone who has been given much, much will be required, and from whom they have given a lot, they will ask all the more."
