What happens to your bag when it becomes wet?It can be mold or mildew.The inside of your bag will smell bad if you have mold and mildew.When you discover that your bag has mold, you don't have to throw it out.To get your bag back to looking its best, you can simply use one of these natural methods.
Step 1: Remove anything that was in your bag.
The bag needs to be empty.
Step 2: On the normal cycle, put the bag in the laundry machine.
You need to use hot water.
Step 3: During the spin cycle, add 1 cup of white vinegar.
Step 4: Once it's done, take it outside.
Put it out in the sun for 24 hours.
Step 5: Take everything out of your bag.
It's not possible to have anything in your bag.
Step 6: Put your bag on something that won't move.
Step 7: Wearing plastic or latex gloves, use a sponge or a cloth to make a mess.
It should not be wet.
Step 8: Rub the spot with a sponge or cloth until you can see it's gone.
Step 9: Leave your bag in the sun for at least 24 hours after rinsing it with water.
Step 10: Remove everything from the bag.
It needs to be empty.
Step 11: Turn your bag inside out if you take it outside.
Leave your bag out for 24 hours.
Step 12: Take your bag back to it's original shape after 24 hours.
Step 13: Put 1/2 a cup of baking soda into the bag.
Baking soda can be added if it doesn't completely cover the bottom of your bag.
Step 14: Put your bag in a dark place and let it sit overnight.
Step 15: If you open your bag in the morning, you can get a sponge or cloth that is damp with water.
Step 16: Baking soda can be used to help scrub the mold.
Step 17: Take the bag and dump out the baking soda when the area is free of mold.
Put your bag in the laundry machine and wash it.
Step 18: If you let it dry, it will be mold free.
Step 19: Denatured alcohol and water can be used.
When a cloudy solution is formed, mix them together.
Step 20: Put a cloth or sponge in the mixture and squeeze it out so it doesn't get soaked.
Step 21: Rub the spots gently until the stain is gone.
Step 22: To dry your bag, put it in the dryer for 25 minutes.
If you can't put your bag in the dryer, leave it outside to dry.
Step 23: Use purchased or homemade saddle soap to make the cloth wet.
Step 24: To get a lather, rub saddle soap onto the cloth and between your fingers.
Step 25: Rub the bags gently with the lather.
Step 26: Use a damp cloth and a clean cloth to wipe away the lather.
Step 27: For at least an hour, let the bags dry outside.
Step 28: There will be a lot of mold coming off, so go outside to do this.
Step 29: Use a hand-held brush to remove mold outside.
Step 30: If you can't take your bag outside, use a stiff brush or broom to brush the item over the newspaper or large sheet.
Step 31: Roll up the paper and discard it.
If you used a sheet, wash it and put it back together.
Step 32: You should put the dryer sheets in your bag.
Leave your bag outside in the sun for 2 hours.Take the bag and toss the sheets away.The smell should no longer be present.
Step 33: Leave a cup of baking soda in your bag overnight.
Dump the baking soda in the morning.
Step 34: Leave your bag out in the sun.
The smell will often go away when a bag is completely dry.
