How To Remove Widgets on Android

Minor Home screen apps that aid in productivity are called Widgets.If you don't like the look of your Home screen, you can remove it with a simple long press and drag.If you'd prefer to completely uninstall your device'swidgets, you can do it from within either the settings app or the Play Store.

Step 1: Your phone is unlocked.

Step 2: You can locate the item you want to remove.

Since the Home screen contains multiple pages, you may have to scroll left or right to find what you want.

Step 3: You can tap and hold it.

Step 4: You can remove the widget by dragging it to the "Remove" section.

Step 5: You need to remove your finger.
