You can learn how to reply to the original poster using the official Reddit app for iPhone and iPad.
Step 1: The app is open.
There is a white cartoon alien in the center of the app.If you don't have the Reddit app, you can sign in with your account from the App Store.
Step 2: You can comment on the post.
If you want to look for a post in your main feed, you can tap the magnifying glass icon at the bottom.
Step 3: The speech bubble icon is below the post.
There is a speech bubble in the center of the "comment" button.If there are no comments, it will say "Comment" or display the number of comments next to it.You can go to the comments section of the post.
Step 4: Add a comment.
The bar is at the bottom of the screen.There is a pop-up window where you can make a comment.If you want to respond to a specific comment, you can tap the "reply" button.The blue microphone icon will be next to the usernames in the comments.
Step 5: Write your comment.
Where it says "Your comment" is where you should type it.
Step 6: You can tap Send.
It is in the upper-right corner.The person who made the post will be notified if you reply to their post.
