In order to report a subreddit for violating the website's content policy, you need to send a direct message to the admins.
Step 1: Go to your internet browser.
You can't contact the site admins with the mobile app.To submit a report, you can use a browser.
Step 2: In your internet browser, go to reddit.com/contact.
If you enter this link into your browser address bar, you can return on your keyboard.This will open the contact page.
Step 3: The admins can be reached on the contact page.
There is a button at the bottom of the list.
Step 4: Something else to do.
Under "what is your issue?", you're asked to select an option.To contact the admins, tap the button.
Step 5: Reddit's rules are broken by tap content.
If you choose this option, you will be able to report a subreddit that is violating the policy.
Step 6: You can choose the reason why you want to submit the report.
The page asks if the reported content is breaking community rules.There are several courses of action you can take if you tap one of these options.
Step 7: Please send a message.
If you open a new message, you will be able to report the subreddit to the site admins.You'll be prompted to log in with your password if you're not already signed in.
Step 8: You can choose a subject for your report message.
Pick a subject for your report from the drop-down list.
Step 9: The message field is where you'll write your report message.
Under the "message" heading, tap the text field to explain why you want to report it to the admins.Make sure to include the name of the subreddit you want to report, and a direct URL link to the content that you think is in violation of Reddit's community rules.
Step 10: Go to the send button.
The report message will be sent to the admins.The offending content will be reviewed by the admins.
