You can book a ride up to 30 days in advance.Be sure to check to see if your city is on the list because the "Schedule a Ride" feature is not yet available everywhere.
Step 1: You can open the app.
You will need to register your device to try it."Schedule a Ride" is a new feature that is not available in every city.Make sure you have the latest version of the app.
Step 2: "Where To?"The field.
You can type in your destination.It is in the middle of the screen.
Step 3: Go to a destination.
The "Current location" field needs to be changed if your pick-up location is different from your current location.
Step 4: The square button is on the right.
It looks like a car with a clock next to it.If a car is available for you, you'll be able to choose your ride.If advanced scheduling is not available in your area, try selecting a different ride to see if it is possible.If you don't see this option, scheduled rides are not available in your area.
Step 5: You can choose your date and time.
You can scroll up or down on the date and time menus with your finger.The pickup date should be entered.You can do this by using the date wheel.You can schedule a ride up to 30 days in advance.Pick up time is entered.To do so, you'll need to use the hour and minute values.The estimated pickup time is within a 15 minute window.
Step 6: You can confirm your reservation time slot by tapping set pickup time.
Step 7: If you don't want to, you can select an alternative service.
The most affordable option for groups of up to four is included in your options.For groups of up to six, there is a larger, more expensive ride-sharing service.There is a more expensive option.A high-end service.For parties of up to seven, there is a higher-end version of the app.There are two separate services for disabled riders, one of which has specially-trained staff to help elderly or mobility-impaired riders.You can't schedule it in advance.
Step 8: You can confirm your payment option.
You should see the default payment option listed below.If you want to change this option, tap it and then add payment method.There are promotional codes and credit/debit cards here.
Step 9: Request a ride.
Your ride has been scheduled.24 hours before your ride is scheduled to meet you, you'll receive a confirmation text from the company.
