You can learn how to add a Heart Rate app shortcut to your Apple Watch.If you want to see an up-to-date representation of your heart rate instead, you can install an app called Cardiogram and set it as a shortcut on your Apple Watch's face.
Step 1: Make sure you look at the face of the Apple Watch.
If you have a different app open, press the Digital Crown to close it, then press it again to open it.
Step 2: The screen needs to be pressed.
You can open a menu by pressing down hard on the screen.
Step 3: You can personalize the tap.

Depending on your Apple Watch's clock type, the location of different on-screen items will vary; once you see a grey or teal box appear around a widget, you can proceed.
Step 5: You can select a widget.

Step 6: Click on the "HEART RATE" option.
The Digital Crown can be used to do so.You can stop if you find the heart-shaped "HEART RATE" widget.If you don't see the "HEART RATE" option, scroll down until you find it.
Step 7: You should save your changes.
If you want to return to the menu, press the Digital Crown twice.
Step 8: You can use the "Heart Rate" icon.
To view your current heart rate, tap the heart-shaped Heart Rate icon on your watch face.
Step 9: You can install Cardiogram on your watch.
In order to display your heart rate on your Apple Watch's face, Cardiogram syncs with your Heart Rate app.Go to your Watch app and open it.You can find it in the bottom-right corner of the screen.The bar has a search function.tap if you want to type in cardiogram.To find the "Cardiogram" heading, tap to the right.When prompted, enter your Touch ID or Apple ID.
Step 10: On your phone, open Cardiogram.

Step 11: Continue with email.
There is a red button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 12: You can enter your email address and password.
You need to type the email address and password into the "Email" and "Password" text boxes.
