You can use this method to create a mailing list for a group of people that you can contact at the same time.It's not possible to create a group email list from within mobile versions of Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook, even if you use a Group email address.
Step 1: Go to the page for the group.
It's located at a group on the internet.There is a way to create a new email list.
Step 2: Click on the group you want to create.
The search bar is near the top of the page.If you aren't signed into your account, clicking this button will prompt you to enter your email address and password.
Step 3: A group name can be entered.
You can do this at the top of the page.
Step 4: You can enter a group email.
You won't be able to enter a full email address here since your email will be registered to@googlegroups.com.
Step 5: Pick "Email list" for the group type.
Click the box to the right of "Select a group type" if you don't see "Email list" in the section.
Step 6: Click to create.
There is a button at the top of the page.
Step 7: Click Continue if you want to check the "I'm not a robot" box.
You may not need to do this step if you recently signed into your account.
Step 8: Click to save my changes.
There is a button at the bottom of the page.
Step 9: Click the link to become a member.
There is a grey option on the right side of the page.
Step 10: You can click manage.
There is a button at the top of the page.
Step 11: Click to add members.
It is on the far left side of the page.
Step 12: You can enter email addresses.
To do that, you'll type an email address into the text field at the top of the page, follow it with a space and then type another email in.Below the "email addresses" field, suggestions based on your contacts will appear.If you click on the suggestions, the email address will be placed in the field.
Step 13: Click to add.
There is a button at the top of the page.
Step 14: Click Done.
There is a button at the top of the page.You might have to click the "I'm not a robot" box again.
Step 15: You can go to the website.
It is located at www.google.com.This will open your inbox if you already have a Gmail account.If you want to use the Gmail app on a mobile device, open it.If you don't have a Gmail account, click in the top-right corner of the page and enter your email address and password.
Step 16: Click to propose.
There is a button on the left side of the page.The white pencil icon can be found on a red background in the bottom-right corner of the mobile screen.
Step 17: The "To" field is where you can type the email address of the group.
There is a field at the top of the "New Message" window on the desktop or the mobile screen.
Step 18: You can enter your email's subject and message.
The large space below the "Subject" field is where the message goes.
Step 19: You can click Send.
There is a red button in the bottom left corner of the window.Your email will be sent to any members' email addresses that you have added to the group.The "Send" arrow can be found in the top-right corner of the mobile screen.
Step 20: You can go to the website.
It is located at www.google.com.This will open your inbox if you already have a Gmail account.If you don't have a Gmail account, click in the top-right corner of the page and enter your email address and password.
Step 21: Go to Gmail.
The option is above the button on the left side of the page.
Step 22: You can click Contacts.
If you open a new tab in your browser, you will see a list of your Gmail contacts.
Step 23: Click to make a label.
There is an option on the left side of the page.Clicking here will allow you to display the button.
Step 24: Click OK if you want to enter a name.
The "Labels" heading will show your label in the sidebar.
Step 25: You can add contacts to your mailing list.
Click the box that appears when you hover over the picture on the left side of the contact's name, and repeat for each contact you wish to select.If you want to select all contacts, you have to press Command+A.
Step 26: Click the button that says "manage labels."
The envelope icon is left of the pentagonal icon in the top-right corner.
Step 27: Click on the label you created.
Clicking it will add you contacts to it.To add contacts to a new label, click and enter a name.
Step 28: Go back to your Gmail inbox.
Clicking the Gmail browser tab will allow you to do so.The Contacts tab is where it should be left.
Step 29: If you want to, click COMPOSE.
There is a button on the left side of the inbox.
Step 30: The "To" field is where you can type your label's name.
It is at the top of the pop-up window.Below the "To" field, you should see your label's name.
Step 31: Click your label's name.
It will be placed in the "To" field.
Step 32: You can type in your email's content.
The large white section below the "Subject" field is where you'll do this.The "Subject" field can be used to type a subject.
Step 33: Click Send.
It is in the bottom left corner of the window.Your email will be sent to your group.If you want to send an email to the people in this group, you need to enter the group's name in the "To" field.
Step 34: Go to Yahoo.
It's at a website.
Step 35: Go to Mail.
It can be found in the top-right corner of the page.Click and enter your Yahoo email address and password if you aren't signed in.
Step 36: You can click on the "Contacts" tab.
Right of the envelope-shaped "Mailbox" tab is this tab.There is a Mail logo in the Inbox page.
Step 37: You can choose contacts for your list.
Click the box in the top- left corner of the contact's name card and repeat for each contact you'd like to email.
Step 38: Click to assign contacts.
There is a button on the page.
Step 39: To type in a name, click the "New List" field.
You can do that in the pop-up window.
Step 40: Click on Done.
In the sidebar, you'll see a list with your selected name in it.
Step 41: You can click your new list.
It will let you see its contacts.
Step 42: The box is above the contact's name.
The button has a box to the left of it.Everyone in your email list will be selected by Clicking it.
Step 43: You can click on email contacts.
It is on the right side of the page.
Step 44: You can type in your email's message.
This page loads by default if you do that in the field.You can add a subject to your email.
Step 45: You can click Send.
It is at the bottom of the page.Next time you want to send an email to this group, open the Contacts tab and select them from the list.
Step 46: Go to the Outlook website.
It is located atoutlook.live.com/owaIf you log into Outlook, you will be able to open your inbox.If you don't already have a password, click and enter your email address or phone number.
Step 47: You can click the "People" button.
The two-person icon is on the left side of the page.You can open your Contacts page by doing this.
Step 48: You can choose the contacts for your mailing list.
Click the box to the left of a contact's name, then repeat for each contact you wish to add.You have to hover over a contact's name to see the selection box.
Step 49: Click the arrow that says New.
The "Your contacts" option is at the top of the page.
Step 50: You can click on the Contact list.
There are two options in the drop-down menu.
Step 51: Pick a name for your list.
You can use this name to identify your list as a contact on the Contacts page.
Step 52: You can add contacts to your list.
If you want to do this, type a contact's name into the "Add members" field, click their name when it appears below, and repeat for any other contacts.
Step 53: Click it to save.
The "New list" window has it in the top left corner.You can add your list to this page.
Step 54: You can choose your new list.
The contacts on the right side of the page will be brought up if you do that.
Step 55: Click to send an email.
There is an option on the right side of the page.
Step 56: You can type in your email's message.
You can add a message in this field.You can add a subject to your email.
Step 57: Click Send.
It is at the bottom of the page.The email will be sent to your email group.
