The family profile allows up to ten users to share one payment method.The family organizer is in charge of the profile.After creating the Family Profile, the organizers selects a payment method and invites family members and friends to join.The latest version of the app is required for every family profile member.
Step 1: You can choose a family organizer.
The Family Profile account is managed by this individual.It's ideal for parents, but a little overwhelming for children.You can invite up to nine friends or family members to join the account and receive the bill and a receipt for each ride.
Step 2: Go to the app store and download the latest app.
The Family Profile is only available in the most recent version of the app.
Step 3: You can create an account with the ride sharing service.
The person must have a valid ride-sharing account in order to receive an invitation.
Step 4: The menu has a button.
There are three lines on this button.The button can be found in the top left corner of the screen.
Step 5: Select the settings you want to use.
The last option is in the sidebar menu.
Step 6: You can add family profile.
The option is located in the profile section.
Step 7: Press to add a family member.
You can launch a list of your contacts.
Step 8: To invite, please select a contact.
The company wants its users to define their family.You may invite family members or friends.
Step 9: Press the send invite button.
Invitation to join your Family Profile will be sent to the contact selected.If you want your contact to receive the invite, he or she must have an account with the ride hailing service.Up to nine friends and family members can join your family profile.
Step 10: You can pay with a payment option.
There are two options when you reach this screen: "Add Payment" or "Payment Method".You can add payment if you don't have a credit card listed.Press "add payment" again.Scan your card to enter your credit card information.You can add the card to your account by pressing the Save button.The default payment method for your Family Profile will be a credit card.When you add a payment method to your account, you will see the Payment Method.To change the payment method, tap it.Add a new payment method or select a different credit card.
Step 11: Wait for a notification.
When a Family Organizer sends you an invite, you'll be notified.You must have an account with the ride-sharing service in order to receive an invite.
Step 12: Click on the notification to open the app.
You can access the invite through your email.Press Accept to open the email invitation.
Step 13: Accept to join the Family Profile.
You will see a green checkmark on the screen if you join the Family Profile.
Step 14: You can launch the app.
Step 15: You can set the location for the pickup.
Step 16: You can change your profile by pressing personal.
Step 17: Select the family.
Step 18: There is a press request.
You can change your profile through the menu.The menu button has three horizontal lines.A drop down menu will appear when you click on your name.Select the family.Outside of the menu is where you can exit.
