How To Sync Scrivener with Android

The program helps you organize and compose your writing.Android users have been left in the dark about when they will get their counterpart after the release of Scrivener mobile to the iOS systems.If you know a way to write your stories on mobile, you don't need a Scrivener app.

Step 1: You can download Dropbox.

If you don't already have one, make an account.

Step 2: There is an open scruivener.

You can navigate to the External folder.

Step 3: You can create a folder in the cloud.

Step 4: If you want to sync with external folder, click here.

A window will open.Go to the folder you created in the shared folder.

Step 5: To transfer files, press sync.

Step 6: You can download "OfficeSuite" from the Play Store.

Step 7: The "hamburger menu" can be found at the bottom of the page.

Step 8: Press Open to access cloud storage.

You can link your account.

Step 9: You can open the scene files in OfficeSuite.

Open the hamburger menu again if it hasn't happened yet.

Step 10: Future synching can be set up.

If you accept the offer to sync on its next opening, it will automatically detect changes to your Dropbox folder.

Step 11: Fix any issues with text.

The files you edited on your phone may appear strange when opened.Do the following if the text does not extend to the end of the screen.The text is formatted with the letter A.Click to apply preset to the body.
