How To Tell if Your Neighbors Are Stealing Your Wi Fi

Step 1: Go to your computer and log in.
Step 2: The Windows key should be pressed.

Step 4: Look at the list that is brought up.
If you see a strange device, like a computer or phone.Read on.If you don't, you can go to the address of your computer's modem.You can find a device map.You have no invaders if no one is found.
Step 5: You can navigate to either 192.168.1.1 or your internet service provider's internet address.
Call your Internet Service Provider if you don't know what the address is.
Step 6: The password and usernames need to be entered.
If you're not sure, read your routers setup guide.
Step 7: Go to the main menu to find the settings.
Step 8: Find your name and password on the internet.
The default should be changed to something else.
Step 9: Add a password.
If you want more security, use a password generator.
Step 10: Attach a password to a text file and label it with it.
Step 11: The changes need to be saved.
