Excellent jam or spread can be made from passion fruit.This is a great way to use up excess fruit in a way that can be enjoyed on toast, crumpets, muffins and bagels.
Step 1: It's a good idea to wash the passionfruit.
Cut in half.
Step 2: Take the fruit out of it's shell.
The pulp should be put in a bowl.
Step 3: Put half of the shells in water.
Allow to sit overnight.
Step 4: Add the soaked passionfruit shells and soaking water to a large saucepan.
The inner part should be boiled for 30 minutes.
Step 5: Throw away the shells.
The retrieved pulp can be chopped up.
Step 6: You can mix the fruit and water in a saucepan.
Bring the water to a boil.
Step 7: The sugar and lemon juice should be added.
To get rid of it, stir.
Step 8: When it reaches the setting point, boil quickly.

Step 9: Transfer to jars that are sterile.
There is a seal, label and date.Keep in a dry place.The jam will last for a couple of years.After opening.
Step 10: Prepare the fruit.
Cut them into pieces.
Step 11: A layer of chunks is placed in a large bowl.
There is sugar over the top.Add another layer and sprinkle with sugar.Continue until all the chunks are used up.
Step 12: The sugar should be put into the peaches.
Leave in the fridge.
Step 13: The peaches can be added to a pan or saucepan.
Cook until soft.
Step 14: When softened, add the sugar and the fruit.
Add the lemon juice to the warm water.Stir through.
Step 15: The mixture should be boiled quickly.
After about 15 to 25 minutes of cooking, the setting point will be reached.Add more lemon juice if gelling isn't happening.The jars of jam need to be sterile.
Step 16: The jam should be put into jars that are sterile.
There is a seal, label and date.Store in a dark place for a couple of years.
