How To There are monsters in the game of dungeon dice.
DDM is a game from Yu-Gi-Oh!There are people in Japan. If you were one of the lucky people who bought the dice, cards, and the board, you can play the game. The game may seem complicated at first, but once you understand the game components and how to read the cards, it will be much easier.
Step 1: Understand the object of the game.
The first player to kill the Monster Lord is the object of the game.It is more difficult to kill the Monster Lord than your regular monsters. You will need to build dungeons and attack your opponent's other pieces in order to get closer to the Monster Lord.
Step 2: The game components should be checked.
You should make sure that you have everything you need to play the game.If you don't have something, then you may need to find something else.If you don't have one of the Monster figures, you can use a coin or small item to represent the monster on the board. Before you start, make sure to check for the following items: 12 dice, Crest Counters, 10 Dungeon Pieces, 6 Monster Figures, Monster Lord Figure, 7 Monster Cards, Damage Marker Sheet, and an official rule book.
Step 3: You should learn about the cards.
You will need to know how to interpret the information on each monster card. You should study the information on your monster cards before you play them. The information on the monster cards include the name level hit points and the number of crests needed to perform a special ability.
Step 4: Determine who will go first.
You should know who will go first before you start the game. The best way to determine who goes first is to flip a coin, but you can also play a game of rock, paper, scissors to decide.
Step 5: Take a walk out of the field.
You can get ready to play the game after you have set it up.It's easy to set up dungeon dice monsters.Laying out the game board is the first thing you need to do.You will use the inner 11 by 11 square field if you are playing a basic game.If you only have the starter set, you should play this type of game. You will use the whole field if you are playing an advanced game.If you have booster packs, you should play this game.
Step 6: Put your monsters' cards and figures near the board.
You can play either Yugi or Kaiba's monsters. You can choose which one you will play if you win the coin toss or rock. The other set was won by your opponent.Place your cards on the left side of the board. The figures should be placed on top of the cards.
Step 7: Take your monster lords with you.
The starter game set only has one monster lord, so your opponent won't get a figure unless he or she owns one.If that's the case, have your opponent use a cardboard monster lord token. The monsters should be placed in the white area of the board.
Step 8: The dungeon pieces should be near the board.
You can keep the dungeon pieces in a pile near the board because each side has a different color. You will either be red or blue if you are playing with Yugi's monsters.
Step 9: The dice need to be separated.
There are 12 dice in four different colors. The symbols that you roll will determine how many crest points you earn and whether or not you can summon a monster. It is easy to roll all of one color at a time if the dice are separated by color.
Step 10: Take a counter.
The player who earns the most crest points by rolling the dice will get a crest counter. You can easily add crest points when you keep your crest counter in front of you. There are 5 types of crest points that you can earn from dice rolls and they match up with the symbols on the dice. The crest, which looks like a start with a number inside of it, does not earn you crest points. You can summon a monster with this symbol.
Step 11: Roll your dice.
You should choose the dice set that matches the monster level you want to summon. You should choose the level one dice set if you want to summon a monster.Roll the dice to see if you can summon or collect points.
Step 12: The crest points can be collected.
If you roll crest symbols other than summon crest, you can add them to your crest counter. You should only give yourself the number of crests indicated by the dice roll if you pay attention to the symbols.
Step 13: If possible, summon a monster.
You can summon a monster right away if you roll 2 crests of the same level.Make sure the monster you summon matches the level of the dice you rolled. If you rolled the level 2 dice set, you can't summon a level 3 monster.
Step 14: You should put your dungeon piece and monster there.
After selecting the monster that you want to summon, place a dungeon piece on the board and place your monster on it.You can use progress crest points to advance your monster into other dungeon spaces that you add to the board. The first dungeon piece you put on the board needs to touch one side of the monster lord's space. The dungeon pieces must be connected to other pieces. The pieces may not go over the edge of the field.
Step 15: You can move a monster or attack your opponent.
Roll the dice, summon monsters, build dungeons, and collect crest points. You can attack your opponent's pieces on the board. Each of your monsters can move and attack at the same time. You must use crest points to move and attack. If you don't have enough crest points, you cannot move or attack. You cannot move and attack with that monster if you use one of its special abilities. If you have enough crest points, you can move and attack as many monsters as you want.
Step 16: You can indicate damage taken with damage counters on your monster cards.
When an opponent attacks you, you need to place damage counters to show how many points of damage they have taken. If the monster is killed, you will need to remove the figure from the board.
Step 17: Your opponent will win the game.
The first player to kill the other player's monster lord is the winner.Monster lords have 3 life points.A monster lord will die after being attacked three times. It doesn't matter how powerful the piece is.The monster lord will be killed by any three attacks. Each time your monster lord is attacked, put a damage counter on it.After being attacked three times, your monster lord is dead. The player with the most life points left wins if you find yourself in a position where neither player can move or attack. The player with the most monsters on the board wins. The player with the most high-level monsters wins. The game is a tie if that number is equal.
