How To Treat Raw Blisters on the Palm of Your Hand
It's painful to have a blisters on your hand.There is a small bubble of skin.People get them from doing activities that expose their hands to a high amount of friction.There are blisters after doing yard work.There are things you can do to help heal a blisters.
Step 1: Unless you really like it, don't pop it.
You have a hole in your skin.It is more vulnerable to infections due to the fact that it is easier to get inside.It exposes the more tender skin to use before it is ready, which can be very painful.You can wash the area with soap and water.If the blister breaks open, it's important to clean it.This will help reduce the amount of dirt andbacteria on your skin.Use a BandAid to cover the blisters.As you use your hand, this will help reduce the pain.
Step 2: If you have to pop it, wipe it clean.
It is important that the skin is clean before you puncture it.The likelihood of it getting infections will be reduced by this.Warm water and soap can be used to wash the blisters.You don't want to irritate it.Run it under water and wash it gently to make sure it's clean.Rub alcohol or hydrogen peroxide on the area to kill any remainingbacteria.Use a cotton ball to wipe the blisters and a small area around them.

This is a great way to get rid of the pressure on the area.Gloves can also be worn for extra protection.Soft padding like moleskin can be used.You can buy it at the drugstore.The moleskin should be folded in half.A half circle should be cut along the fold.The area you want to protect should be the diameter of the cut.The moleskin needs to be unfold.There is a small hole in the center that is the size of the blisters.The moleskin needs to be fixed with your hand.The padding around it will prevent a blisters from forming.
Step 10: Slowly, build up.
If you are engaged in a sport that causes your hands to get wet, you should increase the amount you do slowly.This will give you time to make a mark.The softer skin underneath is protected by these tough areas of skin.Stop and give your hands a rest if you feel a blisters forming.You can start again if your skin is no longer sore.You may be prone to blisters in certain sports.
