How To Turn off a Normal School Calculator

Do you have a calculator, but can't turn it off?There are many basic calculators that don't have an off button.After not being used for a while, they are turned off automatically.If you need to turn the calculator off immediately, you may be able to use a button.

Step 1: Wait for the calculator to stop working.

After not being used for a while, most calculators will turn off.If you don't need it, just set it aside and it will turn off on its own.

Step 2: Hold the button combination.

You may be able to shut off your calculator with one of the following combinations.Press and hold the buttons.

Step 3: While holding the keys above, press and hold ON, C/CE, or AC for a moment.

The combination of the keys above should shut off the calculator.

Step 4: It's possible to cover the solar panel.

If you place your thumb over the entire solar strip, you can force the calculator off.The calculator should shut down once it stops receiving light.

Step 5: Wait for the calculator to stop working.

After the last input, the calculator shut off.The calculator should stop on its own.

Step 6: To force it off, use a button combination.

The combination of buttons will turn off most Citizen brand calculators.

Step 7: Go to the 2nd and On buttons.

The colored button is on the left side of most TI graphic calculators.Different models have different colors, but they usually stand out from the rest of the buttons.Above the number buttons, "On" is usually on the right side.The "On" button can be found in the lower- left corner.

Step 8: Press the second button.

The secondary key functions can be unlocked by this.

Step 9: Please press on.

Step 10: Find the Shift and AC.

The "Shift" button can be found in the upper- left corner below the screen.Above the number buttons is the "On" button.

Step 11: The Shift button can be pressed.

The secondary functions for the buttons can be unlocked with this button.

Step 12: Press the button.

The secondary function for "AC" is off.This will turn off the calculator.

Step 13: Go to the Shift and on.

The "Shift" key is on the left side of most HP calculators.The "On" button can be found either on the right side or in the lower left corner.
